Payments are made from the SPF (Single Payment Form) using the payment icon. Payment icon is available on Child Ledger, Children, Attendance, Balances, Transactions, Billing Grid and many other places.

iCare provides five payment modes,

1. CC

2. ACH

3. Check

4. Cash

5. Direct Deposit

To make a payment, log in to your iCare account and follow these simple instructions,

1. Select the child you wish to make the payment for and click the payment icon.

2. SPF will pop-up on your screen, select the payment mode from the tabs and enter the payment details. Confirm to post.

3. On successfully processing the transaction, a confirmation receipt will appear on your screen. Click Done to finish.

NOTE: Payment confirmation receipts are forwarded to the concerned payer and the account admin as well.
