How does the prorated calculation work for monthly bills? Is it based on number of calendar-days in the month or number of working days?

Prorated Charge: A prorated charge is posted if the Next Billing Date of a billing entry is in the middle of the billing period.
- Prorated bills are calculated when the Start/End Date of a Program/Class is in the middle on the month.
- Prorated bills are also charged when the Next Billing Date of an entry is in the middle of the month.
- Charges of the prorated bills are based on the number of Working-days in the week/month.
- A Caution-mark has been introduced in the Billing Grid of the application. When a billing entry is prorated the Caution-icon appears in the Date field that is affecting the calculations.
- Click on the Caution-icon to set the period you wish to prorate the bills for and to apply these changes to the selected child or all children.
