When trying to log in in the Lobby, we are getting the message, 'There is a problem with your log in. Please see the supervisor.'

This message appears when your iCare account is inactive. This happens when, either the admin deactivates your account or the main contact of the child (in case of parents) requests privacy. In case of staff, this may be due to the change in your employment status.

Parents can log in to the lobby only if their Can Pick status is On on Child Profile page.
