My attendance screen is blank where the names won’t pop up.

An iCare screen could be blank for a few reasons:
- Because of inactivity your iCare session timed out. Simply log out and log back in.
- Your browser is preventing the page from loading. Do a hard refresh of the page (Ctl + F5). If that doesn't work then clear your browsing data. Here a view of it in Chrome:
- While logged in into iCare, you had temporarily lost your Internet connection. Log out and log back in.
