I created a program, GYM TIME, and assigned it to the GYM room. In the GYM TIME Page I am not seeing any children so I can't enroll them. Also, in the Batch Enroll feature I am not seeing the GYM TIME class.
In iCare we have used 2 terms - programs and classes - for the same thing. Their main purpose is scheduling, billing and capacity control. There is one difference in them though.
PROGRAM: A program has an associated room. A child can be enrolled in that program if she is in that room. Please note that the children are placed in rooms through the Child Profile Page.
CLASS: %u200BA class has no room. For a class the room is designated as Not-specified. Any child, with a room or not, can be enrolled in a class.
In your particular example, you had associated program, GYM TIME, witih the room, GYM, but no children were plced in that room. We changed the room for GYM TIME to Not-specified. Now you can enroll any child in it.
