Our packages are based on free credit. For example with a $300 package, parents get $25 free credit. If their child is also enrolling in a regular program we don't want the package money or the credit to go towards the fees of the regular program.

It is not easy to separate package dollars from the fees of reguler program. Your best option is to use the Prepaid Hours feature of iCare. This will completely separate out the money for packages and the regular programs.
Here's how to set up a package in your case where you are giving free credit of $25 for a prepayment of $300. Let's say your regular hourly rate is $10. Meaning, $300 is equal to 30 hours. Create a Prepaid Hours Package of $300 for 33 hours.
