Once when an admin adds Prepaid hour packages, parents can purchase the package by login in with their credentials.

Steps for Parents for Purchasing a Prepaid Hours Package:

1. Login into iCare with parents credential.
2. Click on the Actions from the left navigation pane.
3. Click on Purchase a Drop-in Package
4. Prepaid Hours pop-up will be opened.
5. Select the package and click on Continue.
6. If needed, Parents can add additional hours by using Add additional hours icon.
