CUSTOMER QUESTION: Does the admin have to log into the lobby every time, before staff/parent are prompted for password for check in/outs?

The Admin needs to log in only once to open the Lobby. After that the staff and parents can log in using their credentials.
Once the supervisor opens the Lobby, it stays open until the supervisor closes it.
However, if staff and parents forget to log out of the Lobby, their session will be logged out after a minute.
