Since you are the secondary contact of your child in iCare. Your child is not listed on the Children listing page. Please ask the main contact (mother) of your child to give you access rights using privacy options feature. Click here to see the help article on using privacy options in iCare.
You may also access your child's profile by navigating to the Billing Grid and clicking child's name from Child Name column (see attached snip for reference).
