iCare introduces on hold feature for registration process. 

Follow these simple instructions to set up and manage on hold List in iCare,

1. Visit Settings page and navigate to Step – 4. Here, choose ‘Put Children On Hold’ option, enter the parent email address and click Send Invite. Parents will receive an email with a link to create a password and setup their account.

2. On registering, children will be added to the on hold List. The childrens under onhold list can be viewed under the On Hold filter in Children page.

3. You may also set on hold priority on a scale of 0 - 10 and activate children from the on hold setup pop-up by simply clicking the status button (On Hold). Set a on hold priority and click Update to save. To activate the child right away, click Activate button.
   
   
   
4. Registration on Hold  Report shows details of all on hold children under report center.
