We bill for the upcoming month: for example on Oct 25 we would send invoices for November. How would that work in Icare

You may setup the billing date for all Fixed bills from Step-6 on Settings page.
Under iCare Billing Rules, point B, select 4 from the drop-down to set posting bills on Oct 25 for November month.
