Our children are scheduled for 3 days (MWF) from 9 am to 12 noon. If they come beyond those hours we charge $8 per hours. Can their scheduled days be flexible; meaning, they can come any 3 days in terms of calculating the extra hours?

Yes, scheduled days of enrolled children can be flexible. For this, please add the following billing Period under Default Bills on Program/Class details page or Billing Grid;
