Is there a way to setup up a monthly bill for CCAP families- CCAP charges each parent a monthly fee, the fee is different for every family. The fee is paid to us, the center.

I understand that CCAP is a subsidy (Child Care Assitance Program). They are paying part of the child's tuition and the remaining is paid by the parent as copay.
Please see this video on how to handle the subsidized and copay amounts.
