What is CRM and how to use it?
CRM platforms for communication tracking and lead management. It centralizes Parent and admin communication, resolves issues faster, and enhances overall collaboration and decision-making. It includes Activity Feed, Emails, To-Do, Calls, Meetings, and SMS. All communications compiled into one place for better insights.
Activities – Displays all created tasks.
Notes – Contains notes and additional information for parent and staff.
Calls – Tracks scheduled calls with parents.
To-Do – List tasks for parents.
Meetings – Show scheduled meetings with parents.
Emails – Indicates when emails need to be sent.
SMS – Tracks scheduled SMS for parents.
How to use CRM?
CRM can be used to create new tasks. Staff can also check here what tasks are assigned to them. For creating tasks follow these steps:
- Open the CRM page. Select the parent or staff or multiple parent or staff by checking multiple check boxes opposite to the names for whom you want to create a task, then click Create Task.
- Fill in the necessary details and click Save.
- The task will appear under the designated task type tab. Once the task is completed, click the Complete Task icon to mark it as done.
