How do I edit charges in the billing grid? It is telling me that the start date, end date, and amount cannot be changed because it has already been charged. But the next processing date is 5/01/18, which is several days away.

A billing entry that has already been charged cannot be edited. Start Date, Next Billing Date or Amount of such entries cannot be changed. If such bills cover, past and future bills, you may have to split the bill for past and future by ending the current bill and creating a new billing entry.
You have to end this billing entry and create a new one with new Start Date, End Date, and Amount.
- To end this billing entry, set an end date less than today’s date.
- To create a new entry, simply click the Add New button and enter the billing details.
