Monthly scheduler helps manage type-based attendance options (like Full-Time, Part-Time) using a monthly scheduling calendar.

To use the monthly scheduler in iCare App, log into iCare app through mobile.

Click on the left panel and select Monthly Scheduler.

 Select scheduling options in the calendar to enroll children. Selected schedules will be blue. Click save changes and confirm.

Billing Preview screen will open, Click on confirm and save. Selected schedules will turn green once billed. Bills will be posted for selected schedules.

Note: When you deselect the schedules then the bills posted for that schedule will be credited. In case any credit is available for a child/prayer, clicking on “confirm and pay” will show the credit amount available for the child and the payment due after applying for the credit.
