The drop-down list of programs and classes in the Billing Grid includes only the programs and classes in which the child is enrolled - currently or in the past and future.

For instance, as shown in the snip below, the drop-down list is empty bacause the child has no schedule. In other words, the child is not enrolled in a program or class.
