To log in to the iCare Lobby, parents must use their Lobby Passwords (LPs) that are available on their child's profile page. Parents with same LPs and Application Passwords (APs) will be able to log in to the lobby, but in case, parent's LPs differ from their APs they will not be able to log in to the lobby using their APs.
