An attendance overstay alert is a notification triggered when a child stays at a center for longer than a predefined or permitted duration. 

The overstay alerts notifications will be sent only when the Attendance Overstay notification flag is ON and the values (i.e, Max hours of stay and intervals or minutes for notification) are mentioned.

1. When the flag is ON and the child has attendance within maximum hours of stay, no alerts are sent.
2. When the flag is ON and the child stays in the childcare more than maximum hours of stay, for every specified time an Alert notification email and Push notification on the Parent app are sent.
3. To get the push notification on the Parent app, the Parent should be logged into the app.

How can an admin set it?%u200B

1. Go to settings, and click on advance settings.
   
2. From left panel, select alerts. Scroll down to Attendance Overstay Notification.
   
3. Fill in the details like maximum minutes of stay, interval of time in which notification is to be sent and turn the flag on.
