The Check-in App is not working for 1 parent but it is working for the others. It says that you are not at your child's center. (Giving access to the geolocation/GPS on the phone.)

If other parents can check-in then it means that your center's geolocation (latitude/longitude) settings are correct. It appears that the parent who is having a problem has not given location access to App on her phone.
