When a program/class has been created & there are children enrolled... If the Program/Class status is moved from On to Off, does the system (1) automatically remove the enrolled children? (2) automatically send a notification email to the parents of those enrolled children and/or teachers?

  1. Before changing a Program/Class (P/C) status from On to Off, schedules of all enrolled children should be removed. You can end or remove the P/C schedules from Child Profile or P/C details page. Click here or below link to see the help article on editing or removing PC schedules,


  1. No emails are forwarded to the parents when a schedule ends or is removed.
