Tablet going to sleep mode

You should set the tablet to always STAY AWAKE - never to go to sleep. 

Depending on your verion the setting for Stay Awake could be at one of these locations:

• Settings > Display > Sleep
• Settings > Developer Options > Stay Awake
  • If the Developer Options is not showing in Settings, then go to Settings > About and tap on Build Number once or several times as prompted.

Getting message, "Unfortunately, iCare Door has stopped"

Perhaps, your tablet got an automated Android update, which has changed some internal settings making an App like iCare Door inoperable. Try the following:

• Reinstall iCare Door.
• If reinstall doesn't work then you may have to do a 'Factory Data Reset'. Go to Settings > Backup & Reset > and tap on Factory Data Reset. (It takes several minutes for the Factory Reset. That is a sign that the reset is actually happening.)
