As a COVID pandemic precaution, we have to measure children's temperature and ask whether they have any symptoms where they arrive. How can we do that?

You can track children's temperature on arrival and track any symptoms if they have any by using the Lobby Questions feature.

We suggest that you set up 2 Lobby Questions. Here are their possible structures:
Question #1: Child's temperature at arrival
Answer Options:
- Normal
- Between 98.4 and 99
- Between 99 and 100
- Above 100
Question #2: Does your child have any of these symptoms: Fever, Fatigue, Headache, Myalgia, Cough, Nasal congestion or rhinorrhea, New loss of taste or smell, or Sore throat?
Answer Options:
- Yes
- No
