Is there a log report for the SMS text messages sent? I am looking for a time stamp on a text message that was sent to a parent.

For SMS tracking, you can use the "Email/SMS Open Tracking Report" from iCare Report Center. In two ways you can open the report in iCare,
You can search the reports easily through a global search or navigate to the Report Center and run the Email/SMS Open tracking Report under the CHILDCARE+ tab.
On the report page, you can view the SMS sent with the time, date, subject, and status(Open/Not Opened) of the sent email.
Also, you can filter the report for the specified date range.
