Is there a section in which we can put the date of the Vaccine Exemption Affidavit in a child's profile?

Yes, you can add this date in the UDF section under the child profile page.
Navigate to the User-defined fields (UDFs) section under Profile Tab. Click Add New Section to add a new UDF section.
