Staff assessment is a formal process used by organizations to evaluate the performance, skills, and behavior of employees. It helps identify strengths, areas for improvement, training needs, and potential for career development.
How to Use the Staff Assessment Feature?
Navigate to the Staff page from the left-hand panel.
Click on the Action tab and select Staff Assessment from the drop-down menu.
The Staff Assessment page will open. Click on Add New to begin a new assessment.
Enter the following details:
Staff Name
Program/Class the staff is being assessed for
Level, which indicates the grade or rating the staff receives
Click the right tick (checkmark) icon to save the assessment.
