I went to post checks to parent's accounts and under balances they are showing up double with strange amounts???

We were not able to trace the exact issue you have reported. Please provide us with the specific parent or child names so that we can provide you with a better solution.
There was some confusion in the code in dealing with account balance (Running Balance) and Family Balance, which just got corrected. Perhaps the problem has been fixed, please check and confirm.
