There are two possible ways that staff and children can be connected in iCare:

1. If a child is registered in a particular classroom, and the staff is also assigned to that same room, then the staff has the right to access that child's information. such as on the children's page, attendance, journal, program/classes, and enrollments.

2. When the staff is enrolled in a Not-Specified room, the staff can view all children on the children’s page, attendance page, program/class, enrollments, and Journal page.
