Log in to the iCare. Go to the report center. click on children tab.

In the standard report, select archive document report.

Click on the three dots next to the name of form, to see the list of children who filled the form.

Click on the name of document next to the child name whose document you want to download.

In the save as pop-up save the document and it will be downloaded.
