Hello, Im trying to post a payment to an account and the child's account has disappeared! Selena Lopez is child's name. I put her name in and nothing comes up. I tried under active and inactive. Please help! thanks, Kelly from Rainbow

Hello Kelly,

This issue has been resolved. Due to a bug in the updating the relationship mode, all contacts of the child, Selena Lopez, were set to secondary contact and the child had no main contact. Thus, you were not able to access their profile page. We have updated the child's father as the main contact and request you to change the relationship as needed from the Contacts tab on Child Profile
