Go to settings step 7, setup lobby.

Scroll down to late pick-up fee. To apply the fee across all sites, enter the details.

To set site-specific fees, enter the details in Default Setting, then click Site wise late pick-up fee.

Click Add New Site Setting, then choose the site from the drop-down where you want to apply fee and click add.

Note: If your Late Fee is based on Program End Times instead of the Center Closing Time, please contact support@icaresoftware.com for an add-on billing rule.
