A child got billed even though he was deactivated. Why so? This child had a Payment Plan with billing dates going up to January. I deactivated the child in October. After that, the November bill still posted automatically and his Billing Grid is still showing future bills for December and January.

Dear User,

We see that there was only one child, Hailey Byrd, deactivated in the month of October, 2019. This child has no charges on their ledger for the month of November 2019.

We request you to please provide us with the child name you are facing this issue with.
