who sets up parents password login screen what does it look like?

Dear User,
From this query we could make out two possible questions. You are referring to,
1. The Login interface for parents. Login screen for all user-roles (admin, teachers, & parents) is same. Navigate to the following url and click Login button on top-right corner of your screen,
2. iCare login interface on your website. This feature is under developement and will be implemented soon. We will keep you informed of our progress.
