How can admin send electronic document to parents?

To Email an Electronic Document:
Go to child profile page whom you want to mail the document.
Scroll down to the Electronic Document section.
Click on the Email option next to the desired document.
If you wish to send the document to additional recipients, enter their email addresses and click Send Email.
To Edit the Email Template:
Before entering email addresses, click on the area below the email template.
Make the necessary changes to the content, but do not modify the text within curly brackets {}
.
Once done, click Update to save the changes.
