When a child is assigned to a different provider for specific days or for a particular week, the child should be treated as a backup/temporary child for the receiving provider. The admin can assign the child to a backup provider for the day by following these steps:

1. Log in to iCare.
2. Click Attendance in the left-hand panel.
   
3. Click on the parent/child (P/C) name and select the backup provider.
   
4. Click Confirm Changes to confirm the update.
   

Note: The backup provider assignment is valid for that day only. The backup provider can view the child’s name in both the lobby and the mobile app.
