Only Admin of a center can see all children and staff data.

Staff can see only registration, enrollment, and attendance data of children under the same Age-based Room, and Programs/Classes they are assigned to.

Staff can see only their data in Staff module.

To keep other staff members from seeing all information pertaining to the clients, please keep the Is Admin flag of all staff OFF. Is Admin flag being available on Staff Profile page,
