Push Notification for Chat and Journal (for parent):

iCare will send a push notification informing a parent that there is an update regarding a child they are associated with for them to view.

The parent will receive a ding sound on their phone when a message is posted by staff members /administrators or daily note/activity is posted in a student’s journal.

When you click on the notification it will redirect you to that message.
