I am trying to pay my sons balance but it says he is not active and nothing is showing up. Help please?

You are not seeing any children because you are not the main contact for your children. You have the following options:
- Log in using the main contact's email ID.
- Ask the main contact or the center admin to give you access to the family records using the Privacy Options feature.
- Ask the main contact or the center admin to make you the main contact.
