Hello there,

Every user needs an email address to log in to the iCare application. You always have an option to generate Fake Email IDs for the users who do not use emails. Fake Emails IDs are used for login purpose only and no communications can be made through these IDs.

Fake Emails can be generated in the following format;

firstname.lastname@schoolname.com

After adding the fake email, you may provide it to the concerned parent. If they wish to change their email IDs, they can do so on their Child’s Profile page after logging in to the application.
