CUSTOMER QUESTION: What is “Enroll Children and Staff”? Is it necessary to complete it with settings process?

To Enroll a Child:

  1. Go to Children and click on a child name to open the child’s profile page.
  2. Click on the ‘+’ sign in front of Schedules on the right side of the page.
  3. All the programs/classes corresponding to your child’s room will be displayed in the drop down menu.
  4. When you select a class, its details will open up. Depending upon the settings, you will be able to manage start and end dates and add the program/class to your child’s schedule.

To Enroll Staff:

  1. Go to Staff and click on a staff name to open the staff’s profile page.
  2. Click on the ‘+’ sign in front of Schedules on the right side of the page.
  3. All the programs/classes corresponding to your staff’s room will be displayed in the drop down menu.
  4. Select Program/Class to add to the staff’s schedule.

It is not necessary to complete enrollment of children and staff during the setting up process. The administrator can do it at a later stage.
