We don't know parents' carrier. Why is it needed and if we don't have it, is there a work around?

Dear user,

We are soon going to introduce a ‘Not-specified’ option for the Phone Carrier selection menu in the iCare application. No communication will be possible for the carriers which will be ‘Not-specified’.

Till then, we request you to pleases choose any one of the Phone Carriers available in the drop-down.
