Currently, setting up templates for mass emailing is not possible in iCare. This enhancement is being considered and is under analysis for development. Due to a lot of enhancement work in the iCare application our engineering team is over-occupied. We will keep you informed of our progress. You may expect this enhancement in the Send Email feature in the application update for the month of March, 2019.
