Go to any child profile page. Scroll down to UDF section.

Click on Add New Section.

Enter the name for UDF and click on Right Tick.

Add description for UDF and click Add Field.

Enten Field Name, Select field type as List (Multi-Select) and click right tick.

Multi-Select UDF is added.
