Where did payer name Cory Cornelius go in Balances? It was there this morning? I have a report showing as such now they are gone.

On analyzing the above reported issue, we found that the payer, Cory Cornelius, is visible on the Balances report (see attached snip for reference).
If you looking for the payer in some other report please mention the report name to help us investigate further.
