Under Children then selecting "all" I have tried to sort by start date using the advanced filter making a rule "start date equal to 9/1/2019" and it will not include all the children with that start date. Why?

Dear User,
The above reported issue has been fixed. Now, there are around 52 children with starting date filtered for 9/1/2019.
