Is there a way to delete immunization records on a child? I input the wrong immunization records in another child's file.

Dear user,
1. Go to the child profile page to whom you want to modify the immunization dates.
2. Hover the mouse near the immunization date you wish to remove. You can find the edit icon, click on the edit icon to make changes.
3. Remove the date and click on the tick to save.
