CACFP, the Child and Adult Care Food Program, is a federal program that provides reimbursement to eligible child care programs and adult care facilities for serving nutritious meals and snacks to children and adults in their care. Administered by the USDA, CACFP helps ensure that participants receive healthy food, which supports their growth and development.

To process reimbursement, the admin can print the Monthly Meal Reimbursement Report and submit it to the relevant government department.

Before submission, the admin must verify that the Monthly Meal Reimbursement Report matches the Actual Meal Served Report to ensure its accuracy.
