I don't see any information under my account. Don't see tuition or my child listed?

This is a Privacy Options feature which is set by the main contact of the child. As you are a secondary contact, the main contact has to give you rights to view the child's information.

To do so, main contact has to log in to their account and give permission to the secondary contact (you).

Log in as the main contact, navigate to the child's profile page and,

  1. Click the Privacy Options icon form the Contacts box.

  1. Privacy pop-up will appear on your screen, turn on the first flag with caption, 'Allow secondary contacts to see my family data.' and select the secondary contacts to share the child's info with. Click Save to confirm.

  1. Now, when the selected secondary contacts log in to the application, they will be able to see the child's information on Children page and access the child's profile page as well.
