For some reason, some of the accounts with multiple children have different parents listed as the "payer" when they should all be on one ledger. When I try to edit the payer in the billing grid, it will not let me. How can I get the children in same family under the same payer/ledger?

You may now edit the Payer Name for the bills that have not been charged yet. Editing the payer name for bills that have been charged already is not allowed in iCare.
Child Profile Ledger lists the transactions details Payer-wise only. To get all children under same payer/ledger, create the bills for that one payer only.
- You may see the transaction ledger of all contacts linked with the child by clicking their name from the Contact box.
