This depends on the status of the Parental Option flags of the Program/Class you wish to edit the information of. Parents may not be able to Remove/Delete their Children’s Schedules, but parents may edit some information of the schedules like Start/End Date and Start/End Time.

And, yes, Admin has special privileges and he/she is entitled to Add/Edit/Remove Children’s Schedules.

Billing for children run according to their schedule. Billing for child specific schedule is affected by the Start/End Time and Start/End Date of the schedule.
